Site general conditions of use and services offered
The use of the site implies the full and unreserved acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time and, therefore, site users are invited to check them at regular intervals.
This site is usually accessible to users at all times. However the may decide to suspend the site on grounds of technical maintenance and shall use of its best endeavours to provide users with advance notice of the time and dates the works are to be carried out.
The site is regularly updated by DOSELEC. Similarly, legal notices may be modified at all times: nevertheless, they are imposed on the user who is invited to refer to them as frequently as possible in order to familiarise himself with them.
Description of the services provided
The object of the site consists in supplying information on all of the Company’s activities.
DOSELEC will use its best endeavours to provide information that is as accurate as possible on the site. However, he shall not be held liable for update omissions, errors or shortcomings whether caused by him or by third party partners who supply him with this information.
All the information featured on the site is provided for guidance and is likely to change. Moreover, the information shown on the site shall not be regarded as exhaustive. It is provided without prejudice to changes that were incorporated since it was put online.
Contractual limitations on technical data
The Internet site cannot be held liable for material damages associated with the use of the site. Moreover, the user of the site undertakes to access the site using recent hardware which is free of any virus and an updated latest generation browser.
Intellectual property and infringements
DOSELEC is the owner of the rights of use over all elements accessible on the site and especially texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sound and software. The photos used on the site are not contractually binding.

Any unauthorised use of the site or of any of its constituent elements will be regarded as an infringement and legal action will be taken in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
Managing personal data
According to the provisions of articles 38 and following of the law 78-17 of the 6th January 1978 on data processing, files and the freedom of information act, every user has the right to access, amend and oppose his personal data by means of a signed written request accompanied by a copy of his identity document duly signed by its holder, specifying the address to which the reply must be sent.
No personal information about the user of the site shall be published without the user’s consent or exchanged, transferred, sold or assigned to any third parties using any medium whatsoever. Only the possibility of the DOSELEC and his rights being bought out would enable the aforementioned information to be transferred to the respective purchaser who would in turn be under the same obligation to the user of the site regarding the preservation and modification of data.
The site has not been declared to the CNIL because it does not collect personal data.
Databases are protected under the provisions of the law of the 1st July 1998 transposing directive 96/9 of the 11th March 1966 on the legal protection of databases.
